Luca Devlyn Sierra is a dancer and filmmaker from Los Angeles, CA. He earned his BFA in dance at The Juilliard School. While in college, he has performed works choreographed by Jose Limon, Mark Morris, Helen Simoneau, Kate Skapertowzka, Roy Assaf, Stefanie Batten Bland, and Crystal Pite. He is also a recipient of The Alad D. Marks Center Career/Entrepreneurship grant.
As a filmmaker, he has worked as movement director/cinematographer in NYC. His films has been screened at the Elinor Bunin Munroe Theatre at Lincoln Center, Gibney Choreographic Center, and Anthology Film Archives in the East Village. He has collaborated and made films for design companies like Morgane Le Faye, Asher Levine Designs, and KESNYC that has appeared in NYFW and MoMa. And most recently worked for NBC’s the “Titan Games” and Dance Films Association in Lincoln Center. He is continuing his studies at the London Contemporary Dance School earning his MA in Screendance.
